3. Photos

When your home is ready for the market, we will schedule a professional photographer to come and take photos. Only healthy photographers without any signs of infection will be allowed in your home, and they will use appropriate health safety precautions.

4. Showings

We want you to feel safe and comfortable about the showing process. We have several options for how to handle this, including making a virtual tour available. You will be able to approve or decline any showing request, and we will ask all agents and buyers to wear gloves when they are in your home.

5. Offers and Closing

You can review all offers from the safety of your home and sign paperwork digitally. Our agents will facilitate the process and keep you informed the entire way. For closing, we can utilize a mobile notary and bring closing to you so you don't have to leave your home if you don't want to.
