He then designs a plan for success based on the client’s timeline and real estate objectives.

Zac’s first job in the industry was as a general contractor, and his background in construction helps him teach sellers how to obtain the highest return on their investment. Zac has also worked on the mortgage side of the industry for six years, which gave him a financial advisor’s view and trained him to notice important information that other agents miss. Zac’s mostly referral and repeat clients appreciate his obsessive attention to detail. He even measured the refrigerator opening for clients who were in escrow while out-of-town so that they could buy the perfect one, a shining example of the level of care Zac offers his clients.

Zac specializes in the Roseville and Granite Bay areas and is deeply committed to making a difference in the community. He volunteers with local nonprofits, including Junior Achievement, an organization designed to fill the gaps in traditional education by teaching young people financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and workplace readiness. When he’s not working hard to help people achieve their real estate and life aspirations, he enjoys being with his family and friends, hiking, traveling, and racing motorcycles.
