Regina Szura is an experienced real estate agent with a focus on top-level service. She achieved Master’s Club Lifetime member status after building a referral-based business with happy clients returning again and again. Regina has a degree from Sacramento State University and is a neighborhood expert, growing up in Carmichael and specializing in Arden Park, Arden Oaks and beyond.

Regina knew her destiny was to be a real estate agent since she was a child. While her friends played teacher or police officer, she asked if she could sell their homes. After years of sales experience and entrepreneurial endeavors, her dream was realized in 2009 when she received her real estate license.

“I love helping people,” Regina explains. “I am a great negotiator but I hate high-pressure sales. I want to strategize with my clients what is best for them and then work hard to make it happen.”

When Regina is not selling homes, she is taking trips to the mountains with her husband and two daughters. She also loves to hang out with the family dogs, Harry and Piper and take care of her plants!
