Jessica Hilton is an expert real estate advisor with extensive transaction and leadership experience. With a career history in hospitality, Jessica is committed to the highest level of client care and Your Home is Her Passion. Jessica is a Certified Negotiation Specialist, has experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, and has specialized in new home sales, resale, and investor transactions. She is the Director of Growth at the fastest growing Real Estate brokerage in the Greater Sacramento area, GUIDE Real Estate.

Jessica was born and raised in Solano County. After college, she worked in hospitality at a Napa Valley Resort. With a head for business, a heart for customer service and a firm belief that real estate is essential to building wealth for families, Jessica earned her Real Estate license in 2016.

In her first year, she was named Rookie of the Year with the most closings of any first-year agent in her brokerage. Her commitment to mastering her craft lead her to complete over 15 specialty trainings and serving in many brokerage leadership roles, advancing her business acumen and transaction knowledge. She built her resale expertise until relocating to Placer County in 2020 where she worked for Richmond American Homes as a New Home Sale Consultant.

With over 75 new home transactions in less than two years, Jessica took a break for her young children before jumping back into resale with GUIDE Real Estate, serving clients throughout Placer County, Sacramento County and El Dorado County.

Jessica lives in Roseville with her husband who works in law enforcement and her two children with whom she loves to spend weekends by the pool or at the zoo. She loves to cook, garden and volunteers at Shelter From the Storm, a women’s group for survivors of abuse.
