Early Life: Falynn, originally from Fremont in the Bay Area, moved to Rocklin in 2006 and later to Lincoln in 2012. Her family, including two daughters and her husband, whom she's been with since 2000, form the core of her world. Her eldest daughter recently turned 18 and is attending UCSB, while her younger daughter is in high school.


Education and Career Path: Falynn's professional path is characterized by a variety of experiences. Starting in home mortgage, she made a significant shift to medical school in 2009, leading to a role as a clinic manager. However, the purchase of her first house sparked an interest in real estate. As her daughters grew older, Falynn saw this as the perfect opportunity to transition into a career as a realtor, obtaining her license in January 2019.


Why Real Estate? Falynn’s passion for real estate stems from her desire to help people. With her background in lending, she wanted to be more hands-on in assisting clients to find their dream homes, combining her knowledge with a strong commitment to client service.
