While living in our high rise Chicago apartment my fiancé, Alex, and I were at a crossroads.

As a real estate agent I could work anywhere, and he held a remote position at his job. Planning for our future life together, we made a list of every everything we would want in the place we would choose to 'settle down'. After stumbling across Sacramento an odd amount in our new city search we eventually made the trip one spring. We quickly fell in love and decided to make Sacramento our new home.

Alex is from Colorado, I’m from Vermont, we chose Sacramento because of the comfortable and welcoming community feel, city amenities and accessibility to all of Northern California’s wild beauty.

We experienced downtown Sac living for our first 6 months before purchasing our first home and investment property in Midtown Sacramento. Although I had years of real estate experience with buyers, sellers and investors our home purchase and preparation for renters was an invaluable education in Sacramento real estate.

Before real estate, I built years of skill and experience in customer service, marketing, and business development while working for luxury jewelers and a hedge fund management company. I am committed to excellence, client care is the underpinning of all my career choices. I also serve as a board member of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento and the President of HYP: Habitats Young Professionals. I believe strongly in Habitat's mission that everyone deserves a decent place to live and that decent shelter in decent communities should be a matter of conscience and action for all. I donate a percentage of every sale to their organization.

When not selling real estate or wedding planning, Alex and I can be found Skiing in Tahoe, Weekending along the coast, visiting McKinley Park with our black boxer lab mix, Gordi, or checking out a local bar or restaurant in town.
