Daniel Jerrett has been serving Sacramento since he was 7 years old. It all started with delivery of beverages and coffee refills to patrons of his mother’s West Sacramento diner, Carol’s Restaurant.

In 2005, they bought their first home and made a discovery that would change their lives forever.



“Owning a home was a big step and we depended on the help of an expert,” says Donielle. “That’s when we discovered that with our business experience and personal relationships, real estate was a career where we could work together to serve the community that we have become so deeply rooted in.”



In 2017, they launched The Jerrett Real Estate Team. “West Sac Dan” became known as the go-to agent for buying, selling and investing in Sacramento-area real estate. Their hallmark hustle helped them achieve Master’s Club status since 2016 and made them the #1 agents in West Sacramento in 2020.

When they are not serving clients, they have taken roles as the President of West Sacramento Girl’s Softball League and have been leaders in both the children's and youth ministries of Horizon Christian Fellowship. The Jerrett’s can also be found serving food to the Sacramento homeless through Bread of Grace Ministries regularly.
