She is a Sacramento-area expert with strong ties to the community having many clients come from Veterans United and local Fire Departments. Beginning her career as a dental hygienist in 2001, Cynthia loved helping people and becoming friends while supporting them as an expert. This translated beautifully into real estate when she switched careers in 2019.

In her first year in real estate, Cynthia successfully flipped five homes, managing all aspects of the projects herself. She is a member of the Placer County Association of Realtors (PCAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Cynthia lives in Rocklin with her husband, a Sacramento City Fire Captain, and her five children. They enjoy quick getaways to Donner Lake or to destinations like Nashville, New York, and Seattle. She loves organizing Sunday family dinners and splurging on a wine tasting excursion in Napa and Amador County.
